I like Gizmos and if you don't believe it just come with me the next time I go to BestBuy and see what I come out with. Very good list, can't see a thing wrong with it.

A scar is the tattoo of a triumph to be proud of. It says the hurt is over and the wound is closed. It means you conquered the pain, learned a lesson, grew stronger, and moved forward. There is a beauty in my scars that I can see now.

This is so empowering. Tonight I especially resonate with this one:

"I have a right to choose the people I will relate to and relate to them in a manner of my choice (emotional or nonemotional, sexual or nonsexual, friendly or impersonal)."
