I am physically tired but emotionally stronger, so basically I am good.

I see that we registered here on the same day!
I'm not too bad today. Had some good news in life recently with a potential property move which will take so much stress and triggers away.

Been a hugely stressful, emotionally tiring, physically draining time of life since the start of this year and considering it has only been 18 months since my childhood abuse started really affecting me I'd say I am looking forward to a rest if all goes as we hope.
Other than that, it has been hugely confusing and massively upsetting trying to accept that I am struggling with childhood stuff all these years on, and I am only beginning to work through this.

But yes, the short answer is I'm okay at the moment (compared to how I have been).
Glad to hear that you are doing well emotionally - I'd take that any day myself... Maybe one day I'll get there.

Hey Crow, ( what are the odds that we registered on the same day!) I'm sorry that you've had such a hectic time. Yet here you are still courageously working on healing, that's really awesome.
