hey everyone

we have been taking a look at how far we have come in the last year
kind of reflective thing
we have come a long way
we can self soothe
we parent our littles
our integrations are finished for the time being
our internal system is functioning well together
we have set up some new boundaries with our FOO
we have been doing lots of good work with our T
we go to yoga and shiatsu regularly
things are getting better IRL

I think we have come a long way
