Hi.... I joined this site a few weeks ago after rooting around online for resources that may be able to help me. Unfortunately, I have been going through a pretty rough time with my reaction to trying on a face mask and haven’t been able to communicate with anyone about it without losing coherent speech
I have eventually been prescribed something to help settle the brain scramble and am hoping that this will help me to talk properly about what’s going on.
I’m not quite ready to say too much more but, having read a few posts I can see that this is a very supportive community and I will feel ‘safe’ here, thank you
