Hi everyone, I hope it's okay that I'm here. It honestly seems wonderful here although right now it oddly feels like the perfect place for me to silently cry.. Well, I'm currently working on healing and.. sigh.. right now it just feels heavy.

Thank you for welcoming me, I hope you are okay. Yeah, it is painful at times but I'm honestly grateful for every bit of progress that I get to make.

Sometimes its nice to have a place to go to truly be allowed to feel with no shame.

The cafe is nice. There are comfy chairs in quiet corners for those who need alone time or quiet time with a supportive friend... no judgement here. And when ready just join us for some nice conversation.
