One Positive

OK we all need to look for the positive more in our day so post one positive no matter how big or small just say something positive about your day

I got 3 hrs sleep with no nightmares

I just got back from Tai chi where I had a lot of fun with some special people.

Recovering from a not so positive night....so here goes...I got out of bed and showered and made a plan for the day....well I guess that's 3...

I got a project started and about halfway done that I've been putting off for weeks

Broken they are 3 great positives I think sometimes we forget the simple things like I got dressed or had a wash. Celebrate every victory.
