Are you talking about GoodSearch/Good Shop? If so, the answer is yes. As long as you've selected isurvive as your chosen charity .

Forgive if this has already been asked. With my approaching Bday, Facebook asked me if I wanted to create a Fundraiser for a nonprofit of my choice. I searched for iSurvive Org, and it is there, indeed. Would they actually pay iSurvive every cent that may be raised? Is it legitimate?

I'm sorry it's taken so long to get an answer for this. I had to do a bit of research.
The answers to your questions are: Yes, it is legitimate, and yes they give 100% of donations to the organization you choose.
