The beauty in caring

Post by dancingfish »

Have been reading, while sleep plays its little dance of eluding me. For all the hurt and pain and terrible reasons why people are here, there is an overwhelming amount of kindness, understanding, support. It doesn't stop pain or the yearning for what we might slowly learn we're keenly missing, but it creates a space alongside it where we can be, draw strength. Know that some people know, and are cheering us on. A collective presence that opens its arms and safely, and always, says "Hey, we are here for you, with welcoming and loving hearts."

Maybe today will be okay, and I'll find a way to deal with all the things (alll of them!) I find difficult. And I know you will too, brave soul.

Thank you. :)

Thank you for writing those words dancingfish
Brings good tears to the eyes. Your words are warm, and paint a scene that is felt inside by many I think.
May today be easier for you. Much caring and thanks for your words here and in other places. :)

yes, thank you for those sentiments, dancingfish.

I was feeling so lost just now..decided to go on this site and read your comforting words.

Yes, I appreciate knowing I am not the only one suffering. Reading all of you I am beginning to lose the shame of how traumatized and lost I feel all the time and getting more compassion towards these feelings, just thinking about the others here and their challenges.

Thank you!
