I also took a walk outside!! Good for the mood, right? It felt nice even when it got me all sweaty. :)

Such a funny story from today. I was listening to a voicemail and heard a woman with some children singing on top of their lungs. I couldn't figure out who it could be. I checked the number and it turns out that this potential employer who was trying to reach me had accidentally left it on my machine!!!! I don't know if she mixed my number up with someone else's or if she forgot to hang up the phone once she reached my voicemail, but I got such a laugh out of it!!

Coconuts - thanks!! It was so funny.

Happy moment would be that I turned on music tonight while folding laundry, but the beat got all rocky so I just got up and started dancing with wild abandon for a good few minutes. Felt amazing!

My psychiatrist added two new medications.
I had to do a long drive by myself which typically leads to stuff bubbling up, and then SU ideation.

I was bracing myself for the onslaught of SU ideation, and it just never happened! Yay. The meds offered an unexpected surprise.

It was just a happy, hopeful moment thinking that I will be able to allow the pain to bubble to the surface without being unsafe to myself.

It was a good good moment. Wicked good. :)

Progress - WOW! That's amazing, so glad to hear! Keep the good news coming.
Coconuts - aww, thanks :)

I completed a very hard short-term position today that paid great money. I was gonna quit a few days into the job cuz it was too intense, but today was my last day and I officially made it!

Another nice thing, going along with my previous theme: I wrote some very cute thank you poems today for people who helped me recently, and they were so touched. That felt nice. I love poetry so it was a fun way to give back

One of my favorite coffee mugs was clean this morning.

There are some really sweet moments and achievements here. Congrats and good wishes to all!

I smile to watch videos of playful otters and wild chipmunks that have been befriended by people.
