I'm receiving videos from NICABM that included one this a.m. about working with self-compassion. Tara Brach is the speaker, and over the years I've found her books and podcasts/cds to be so helpful.
There are three free videos to watch. They're very soothing. I'm planning to participate in the program that she's offering through NICABM online.

Mmmm.....love her stuff. I was so happy she recently shared a short, 11 minute guided body scan meditation. Usually they are so long that I can manage it! And I find this particular one is gentle enough in in overall body scan-meaning some of them feel far too intense for where I am at personally.
