Hello everyone!

I recently read a book called Healing Insights by Jeanne McElvaney and it was by far the best book about recovering from abuse that I've ever read. It's made up of about 30 quick sections that actually put into words what I've been feeling on the inside for so long but never knew how to say. It's a quick read, but SO worth it!

Just wanted to share because it had such a huge impact on me...

I hope the book is as helpful to you as it was to me! I've read tons of books on the topic that were great, but this one just felt like the author took the words right out of my mouth.
