Hi all,

Just letting you know I'm peeking in from around the corner. Things are great in general.. memories just grab me by the throat sometimes. Had my first flashback in years last week. Will I ever be able to live with it all?

Glad you came by for support when you needed it.

Have to say that my flashbacks happen FAR less frequently than they did 10 yrs ago. Back then it seemed like I had several throughout the day!! You'll work through this...
