Sometimes when life becomes too fast, I wake to an empty vessel.
Gone.
I go numb to all emotions, and play the same song in my head over and over and again to keep me breathing.
Breathless.
I’m scattered throughout my ventures, and my brain becomes a tangled knot.
Seized.
Where am I? I am here.
Hiding beneath the slumber of a beast.
Let me sleep.
I hope to find you in the dawn, of a new day, when my beast lets me out of hiding.
