i am laying on the cold, ceramic tiled bathroom floor. i am convulsing, legs and arms twitching. my mouth is slightly ajar. my eyes are rolled into the back of my head. hundreds of ladybugs are crawling out of the orifices on my face. i can feel them tickling my limbs but can't move to get them off. they are flying around my head and inching through strands of hair. they move slowly.
the ladybugs start forming lines, crawling one by one into the corner. they pile on top of each other, forming something that's hard to make out at first, but quickly i see that they're becoming the silhouette of a man.
i am terrified.
