Hope you were able to get enough rest.

Hoping too that some interesting pursuits, connections and smiles could be on your menu today. And that it will be doable if you want to make progress with organizing something.

Hi, Watercolor,

Few

Got some groceries in before shelter in place takes affect tonight.
Got my mantra meditation done so that starts the day off better.

Brother coming with some supplies tonight before state wide order. Bringing me an N 95 mask, rubbing alcohol, bleach, maybe some food, paper towels, TP. He offered, very kind of him.

Attended a virtual church service from home church yesterday. It does help.

Doing a few webinar modules about writing and publishing on kindle. Take a little break now after getting groceries.

Sleep was better last night. Woke up twice but got back to sleep
fairly well.

Thinking of everyone here.

I am in chat for a bit.

There I feel epically rotten for missing our time. I really do. I hope to catch you again.

I hope you and Tula are well.

So kind of your brother to stop by with stuff. Nice to know someone cares

coconuts,
I was a little disappointed, but realize that you have plenty claiming your time and energy.

Yeah, glad bro is coming. I kept a bakery blueberry turnover frozen for him :)

Got lots of ‘stable’ groceries. A few sweet tooth items. Probably set through December 2020. Kidding.

Thanks for reading.

Oh, your brother got you some awesome supplies! Great move! Happy you were able to get groceries, as well.

*sigh* to the sheltering in place. Next county over just started and I'm essentially doing so, though my own county hasn't yet made that order.

Kudos on pursuing the webinar.

Best to you, there, and hopes for more good sleeping tonight...

Thanks, Watercolor,

I hope your foot and ankle are healing. Sometimes it can be so slow, I know. Not using my right arm/hand as much and elbow not as ouchy. I will need to keep this up for a lot longer to let it really heal, I think.

I'm listening to an audio hypnosis session for confidence. It's been helping, I think. You have to do it 21 out of 30 days. It's also got relaxation, stress relief. Health journeys is the website.

"Sigh" to restricted life under covid-19. Yup.

Did a little vocal warmup, and getting close to finishing a digital drawing.

Best to you, too, dear Watercolor. Good sleep for us all!

there, yes. So very restricted. Most uncomfortably confining for us all.

You seem to be making some good use of time. That's commendable! And pursuing things to build up your life. Some creative outlets, too! :)

Thanks for your concern about my foot. Few days ago, beside/above ankle were still very sore to touch. I've stayed booted except when bathing and no need to check often.

I'm getting into that same line tonight, the one for good sleep! Let's be sure and nab some!

Thanks, watercolor,
Woke up for 2 1/2 hours. Got up, fed dog, took meds, went back to bed. Maybe caught another hour.

Resetting password. Trying to get dropbox set up again. Will have to call Apple because it won't let me do anything. Apple requires so many passwords and names it's mine boggling.

Took to look out.

I don't want to have a meltdown into a depression. Heavy sigh.

Will be in chat by 1:30 EST.
