Thank you GrowingTree. May all be well with you and your loved ones

I procrastinated for groceries. Some friends visited yesterday. Drove me to local centre. Went to a variety store, selected 2 items. Oops. How to pay? On returning, discovered cards on a chair. Yes, I'd picked them up, then down again when I put on a cardigan. So ... visited one supermarket and my post office box today - made certain I placed cards in handbag last night

IF weather is pleasant tomorrow (Friday) shall return to the original place where I was driven yesterday

Really wish ONE place would stock all I want

First time for most things in life - I've in great trepidation ordered clothing online. I usually want to try on garments, although I have been happy with other online purchases over the years

Delivery expected first full week in October

Cheers

Fleur,
Always love reaching into purse to not find the card I want. Better than it had been, though.

Buying clothing online is a gamble. You pick up strategy, though. Like I will buy Columbia winter boots size 10 repeatedly online because I know they fit.
What is the company’s return policy, if things aren’t right for you?Just some brain drizzle.
Hope you like what you ordered online.

Thank you for listening GrowingTree

Thank you for your thoughts there. 30 day exchange. The company is Wish - I have been put off by some sites having poor reviews. Wish has positive feedback, including from a few people who requested refund - they return the cost of item, not shipping fee

I've purchased nonperishable food, Manchester, electrical items, other home wares, online, without any hassles. Even one of Soxy's collars

I suppose I'm old fashioned. I much prefer to see, touch, what I'm about to buy

Had a phone call from a clinic my pdoc referred me in June. Guess they've been busy. See the interview specialist under whom I'd be admitted on Wednesday 25th September. Apparently they have altered the program I want to join. It was touted as being most suitable for PTSD arising from "life" as opposed to a dated event. Now I cannot remember whether the course was to be offered for first time as inpatient program this year, as I haven't found the information on the website. I asked initially about it in April or May. Lots happened since

There was a private company offering similar but.... Out patients only and thousands of dollars. Oh, they did say they could make a payment plan. I worked out that at $25/fortnight, I'd be paying until 2028 or so, assuming without extra fees or interest

This is where I felt like I was about to explode with a receptionist who just didn't understand. I'd like to apply for X program as an inpatient please. Can you tell me how long I'd be in hospital? We have a 26 week program where you come in once a week for 1:1 and once for group work. Ok. I'd like to be an inpatient please. She goes through same brochure again. No. I don't want to visit twice a week. Oh, do you want to stay, to sleep, at the clinic. Yes please. How long is that program? Oh, we don't have a brochure for that. Could I speak with admissions? Oh no they are at lunch. Pointed out it was nearly 3pm. Ah, they are in a meeting. Steam pushing out. May I have a phone number please? Oh, I suppose so. Thank you - almost gritted teeth. I rang before I reached the station. Same person. May I speak with ...? Oh sure. Hmmmm. Meeting methinks was just a ruse? Had recently ended? Anyway, administration has checked my financial details, Medicare number, etc

It's way past bedtime. Cannot sleep. First the loud music and voices, then the traffic - first collision I've heard, sadly, now the wind

Much caring

Oh, Fleur,
All that runaround, seems like it sh7be should be illegal!
You stuck with that one, and I hope info you want and need is readily available next time, preferably with a different assistant.
Please don’t underestimate your strength, just for how persist and handle getting things done!
Soothing energy for your slumbers, wafting it’s way to you.
