(Ps- pls ignore if wanted....have your drs ruled out Postural Orthostatic intolerance (POTS)? You described blood pressure changing in upright position, nausea , passing out, drinking but still not being hydrated....all part of POTS, and often overlooked or hard to diagnose.)

Agree Soxy is missed but he needs healing too. I expect he'll be enjoying company of other pets - perhaps he's mellowed as he used to chase off all but one cat when he was allowed outside
