Reading for my spouse

Post by Chessgirl »

My husband agreed he would educate himself on how to deal with a partner who has CPTSD and PTSD. He said he would read about what he can do to help me, but he says he doesn’t know what to read. Does anyone know any reading material for the spouse of a person with CPTSD?

Hi Chessgirl,

It's great that your husband is open to educating himself. We have many resources listed here on our site, including books you may find helpful. You might find something of interest there:
