Breakthrough for me!

I had lunch with my sister today and for the first time in my life I sat across from another person and said “I was sexually abused”. It was a giant step for me that was so built up in my mind, but she was so supportive and it was the best possible way it could’ve gone for me. It literally felt like some weight was lifted and I am so grateful.
