Yoga

Post by Closeyclo »

So I started yoga this year! Not outside the house because I feel that might be one challenge too far just now. But I bought a mat and a block and found some great YouTube videos and got started. Already I feel calmer and more at ease, I've started to associate rolling out my mat with at least half an hour of me time where I don't answer calls or do anything for anyone else (this has been hard but sort of relieving). My heart rate has gotten better. My diabetes is improving. Yoga has honestly provided me with the most wonderful benefits in such a short space of time so i can't wait to see what it brings as I continue!
Just sharing a small bit of success. I hope everyone is having a beautiful, peaceful, blissful day!
Take care. :-)

Cc,
I'm glad yoga is very helpful to you. Same for me.
Movement, exercise, dance---physical expression--really great for living.
All women are beautiful. Period.
