I love this thread, there.

I'm grateful for laughter - shared with friends, at my husband's terrible jokes (well, I have to be kind to him ;) )...

Grateful for being able to feel pain

Iwatched a documentary about people with either high pain threshold or unable to feel any pain. I thought it would be wonderful to feel no pain. However, such people are at serious risk for injurious behaviour. Broken bones, for instance , are SUPPOSED to hurt, to prompt kind caring attention

Some parents shared how hard it is to allow their pain free child to engage in normal childhood activity. They do a top to toe check at least twice a day for any hurts - hurts that is for majority of people, but not for these precious ones

So, although it sounds crazy - I'm thankful that I DO feel pain

Grateful for all the unique and wonderful people here, and how we are able to help each other.
