I had more than one happy moment today. I smiled a lot. I felt loved.


i'm trying to write more positive things in my journal and would like to do so here as well. Journaling is great to get bad thoughts out but I need to pay more attention to the good things. Anyone else is welcome to share a happy moment from their day or week.

I am happy every time I make a post and I change it to NT!! =)

I was happy when my husband came to my aid this morning (bad news I fell down the stairs, but I'm ok!)
and he was very comforting later during a panic attack.

My son's behavior is challenging us but my husband and I are starting to work together a little more, seeing a little improvement.

Played with son and did a puzzle, didn't finish, but I was proud of myself for fulfilling the promise of spending time with him. He was happy.

Feeling really happy that everybody likes this thread!!!
