Deep in my heart and soul I know I am a good person. My commitment this weekend is to open myself up to the love I hold without belittling, shaming or making myself 'bad' for feeling.

It made me smile to see these messages here - thank you
I'm holding true to my commitment. Having a lovely weekend: connected, grounded, free of the terrible thoughts I was having last week. I went out of my way to visit loved ones when all last week I was going to cancel and hide inside with the curtains closed. Back home now to quiet time in a positive place with my log fire lit and an audio book on the stereo.
Thank you so much for being here. I'm going to work on extending this commitment beyond the weekend.
