Keeping my spirits up is probably my first need. I deserve to succeed. I've had many successes if I really look at my life. And healing, all it's demanded of me, is really one of the greatest successes. I know I'm not through the forest, but I can sure see it pretty clearly now. I've gotten to know a Few trees on my way!
