one day at a time

Taking life as a survivor one day at a time is realistic. When down think of how far you have come not how far you have to go.

Dear Chiquita

This makes me wonder is there something in your own story that prompted you to post. It might be helpful to you to post a little bit more about your personal process here if you wish. It might be helpful to you to let bit how you decided this one day at a time was important or a successful positive transition for you.

with support,
Harmony
