Thank you for your post. You probably know(!) I'm going through some sort of transition right now. You've explained here exactly how I've been feeling...and it's a relief to know it's 'normal'. I haven't been able to speak to anyone in 3d yet and it's been really hard. Last week was incredibly dark and lonely, and hopeless, but Friday...Friday something happened. A spark, yes. Rocky is a perfect word for how I've been ever since. There's a war going on ...critical v love, bad v good. The good guys always win in the end, right?

Thank you Aspen, you've given me hope here that it does get better. Thank you for sharing.
