So the song is called Dressed In Black and it’s by Sia. It’s such a great song and I told my fantastic T that it made me think of her because it’s really about being found in the darkest hour and being guided into healing! Thought you guys may want to know about it!

See?! Isn’t it perfect! It’s super touching for me who is in therapy working through DID and CPTSD from trauma. Highly recommend all Sia’s music because she’s very in tune with her own psychology and I have my own theory that she may have DID or something on that spectrum because of her musical themes. Especially the albums “We Are Born” and “Some People Have Real Problems”
