Hi Wings
this made me cry, because it is so true. Thank you for making me feel like I belong somewhere, for the first time x

you will never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself in your head, be kind to yourself.

Thank you for writing this Wings. I'm new and just, this is a very open and kind message. I needed to see this, it makes me feel like this is somewhere that I can be open and soft. Vulnerable and kind in return.

Re: For the Newbies and Those Thinking of Joining
Thank you so much for this post. I just joined and I am actually feeling this exact way. But another part of me knows that it’s beyond time to just reach out and try to connect with someone who can understand. Reading this helped a lot. Looking forward to getting started now.

Re: For the Newbies and Those Thinking of Joining
Wow. I’ve been here about 6 months and I just finally read the original post on this thread. Thank you Wings for such an amazingly warm welcome!
I’m not sure how I missed this. Or maybe I read it and still didn’t believe it applied to me and forgot what it said. I don’t know. I had a lot going on when I started this healing stuff. I still have imposter syndrome sometimes but I have come a long way. I have had lots of healing and been able to access things I didn’t even know existed in me and start to have empathy for myself.
Wings speaks the truth. If you are here, you belong here. Thank you for this and welcome to any newbies. I hope you start to see positive changes like I have since I joined. I believe you can. This is an excellent place to start.
Warmly,
Flifflo

Hi Flifflo,
Agree with you about healing taking time and reading, then perhaps dismissing, posts as not being relevant to self. You are not alone regarding imposter syndrome.
Wishing you very well in all respects.
