Feel a bit like a new-comer due to a heap of stuff. (I know that's a crazy sounding statement - Fleur has been around a few years, smile)

Almost feel like I'm a different person. I re-read posts written by Wings, others - with which I very much identify. I'm finally finding motivation to begin again with a new T, new way of looking at life, to attempt different therapy ideas

Hi,
This is my 1st time/post on here & It’s very nerve wracking. I have no idea what to say, except that the intro (by wings I think?) is pretty much what goes on in my head all the time. It is so strange to think that after 31 long, difficult years, I have found people that actually ‘know’ what I’ve been through (which is also very sad at the same time). For the 1st time in over 3 decades, I don’t feel so alone....

I just read the opening post and was really moved. I was feeling extremely hesitant about posting, despite signing up. But I feel more encouraged now. I really need support. I hope I can give support to others too, in some way, I hope I'm able.
