I'm new here. Thank you very much for accepting my membership request. I'm happy to be here. It feels like a very friendly and safe place.
Although I've done lots of therapy it still feels a bit awkward to see myself as a survivor of emotional abuse and neglect. But the truth is I did experience both of them growing up and many of my symptoms are trauma-related.
I'm looking forward to getting to know isurvive and giving and receiving mutual support.
