Hello, I’m new here. I recently left an abusive marriage and am going through a divorce. I’m safe now, doing No Contact.
I’m still trying to work through feelings of feelings like this was all my fault/that I’m somehow the abusive one/guilt. Which is... definitely disconcerting. But taking to other people and hearing their stories has been helping me pull apart what happened to me so... here I am!
