Hello! Thank you for allowing me to be here. This is my first time on isurvive, and look forward to getting to know all of you.
A little about myself... I’m a 51 yr old female survivor of CSA. I blocked out almost all memory of the abuse, and most of my childhood in general, until 2 years ago. Then everything opened up and came crashing into my life. It’s been a terribly difficult and bizarre journey through remembering, grieving, facing fear, and beginning to rediscover who I am again.
I hope we can support each other on our paths. <3

Welcome. This has been a very supportive community. I’m glad you joined as your story sounds similar to mine. It has been so messy for me but these is something so soothing about chatting with other members who truly understand the suffering I feel. I hope you feel the support I have.
