Thank you everyone. Not in a good space. Lost a post or three and got angry with self with universe. I've lost the comma On phone keypad. Phone still puts in odd words and random capitals

Soxy biting and scratching. Might be picking up my despair

Lack of enough sleep is huge problem as is lack of appetite. Asked Dr to give me antibiotics that don't need a half hour before eating Cos then I'm not hungry and regurgitate food. Pdoc thinks I've lost weight but scales are around 60-65kg. She joked maybe stuck scales

On a chat Site and after no-one writing to me for over a year suddenly messages arrive. It's kind of surreal. I write back nicely but so far from the inner realm. What I say here is my reality. What I tell them is more surface or something. I don't say about hours in bed or headache or losing time or even sh. Let alone Su

I'm glad to see your post. Understand anger at losing multiple posts. Grrr !

I post my reality here, and that alone helps. If I can say what it really is, I can face it and deal with it better.

Hope you can get antibiotics sorted so eating is enjoyable and nourishing.

Hope you're sleeping more very soon.
