I DID write in a previous post, "Maybe something good can come of this."

The guy probably isn't a potential doggy pal or friend, except in the greater cosmic sense of 'friend'. I think he is truly neighborly though.
I I think I could find his house again where he took me. Maybe hand deliver a thank you or Christmas card. Visit with Tula.

Meanwhile, I am really pissed at T, and am on the verge of telling her off. She doesn't realize she's been disrespectful and mean, but she is. Want to scream and cry punch her at the same time. Thanks for the powerlessness, S.

big GRRRRRR @ disrespectful t! Good on ya for recognizing that, & commin up w a plan to address h er abou,t it. Is she a * safe splace* to release long held anger, other emotions, displaced or not? Its only in retrospect (20/20) that ive realized my last t gave me thatits good that ya can ID yyer emotions, & be true to them, honor them.
May i sit w ya quietly for a while, & hand ya snot rags, & finely embroidered silk hankies; lotsa soft, warm snuggly snow pillows & blankies, lite a soft candlelite fire for ya, & get the tea & cookies goin. Cute massuse/suer to provide footrubs & gentle, relaxing massage on call if needed

I sent an email through her office's portal. I sent a copy to myself, maybe will share with someone.

Just was sobbing about EVERYThInG else, too. Then I saw your post.

Tried writing it out, then come deep sobs, like a bawling child who's been punished for no good reason.

Just the general feeling of despair, feeling lost, rejected, hopeless, somewhat helpless, frozen by financial situation and Soc. Sec. rigidity.

Trying to do this Buddhist practice from vid by Pema Chodron, and feel like I can't ever wade through the pain of circumstances.

It's not even the PTS that's so bad now. It's how freaking CRueL the world is , as if it's anything new.

Tried to feel motivated to work on my project.

Have NO Christmas Day plans. Have some ideas, but feeling like fam totally not possible or wise.

Didn't see the bus driver I was crushing on yesterday, Tues being the only day I know he's driving around here.

So difficult to feel good about my life right now.

Good thing I teach today.
