I love the rights list. Just read this and decided to write in my own handwriting to post somewhere prominent at home but noticed #10 is missing! Mind posting it so I can finish the list to put on my bathroom mirror?

Gizmo,

Thank you so much for posting this. I need to print it or buy the book. I get on just to read this everyday.

This is so encouraging. I keep re-reading it different days, and different points apply directly to how I'm feeling each time. Thanks for sharing it - I'm going to copy it into my journal.

What a bloody relief. Rights have always been something that other people have but that I am not allowed. I am printing this out and putting it up on my wall so that I can see it everyday before I leave my room.

I love this. <3. Its exactly what I've told myself and others when sticking to my guns about my mother. Mine were nowhere near as numbered or complete as this, but I guess I paid attention in therapy more than I realize. Haha

Thank you for keeping this in a place we can easily remind ourselves. It helped me as I read it!!
