GOOD NEWS at last

Just got some good news. I have been trying to get CMHT to agree to see me again as feeling so low. Anyway just had a phone call from a mental nurse asking me to explain how bad things are, found this easy as was on the phone so was totally honest. Anyway she agreed I need help and have an appointment on the 30th but she is also going to email my local team and tell them I’m in crisis and if an earlier appointment comes up I need it.
She was lucky I answered the phone as was from a number I didn’t know and normally don’t answer phone but was distracted talking to daughter and just did it without thinking and really glad I did.

Now just need ideas of what to ask for.

I know I want help to deal with the abuse like trauma therapy as I can’t keep going round on the rollercoaster I need to get of and get on with living

Got phone call next day my appointment has been move to this Wednesday and one of my support workers is going to pick me up and come with me as having panic attacks when I have to leave the house. Just hope I get some help this time.
