Hi,
Am glad to have found the website and this online forum. I am starting to recover memories of abuse, and it was difficult at first to identify myself as a victim of abuse, and i was resisting the ideas of being in a place dedicated for such discussions because i don't want to believe it. But, on further thought, i actually find it is an excellent opportunity to break the silence and be with people who have experienced the same and want to enjoy a life free of triggers, and who can actually understand what i say without feeling the need to fix or belittling.
Seasons' greetings for those who celebrate Christmas and maybe it a personal rebirth for all of us.
