hey everyone. I was sexually abused as a young child by my step grandfather. We took him to court and he went to prison until i was 18. (I'm 23 now) Him getting out of prison really messed with my head. I've been dealing with flashbacks and night terrors. I learned about this website from my case manager a thought I'd give it a go.

I'm sorry about the trauma you've had. I hope you have some support in dealing with your abuser being out of prison.
We're good listeners here if you want to share. Or you can just read about others' healing journeys. I do that, a lot.
