Hello everyone,

I'm here because I've had a PTSD relapse. I've had PTSD most of my life due to terrible childhood experiences that I won't get into in this post. I had a lot of treatment a few years ago and got control of my symptoms and my life. Unfortunately the past few months a lot of my symptoms returned and I've been having a really hard time. I thought I was "healed", but I guess it doesn't always work that way. I'm trying to accept that. I hope joining this forum helps.
