If I could get the words out ... these would most definitely be my words. I want to be strong and brave! According to T I am as I am still here. I have done some wonderful things with my life and I have many blessings. I don't feel it though. I am committed to not sabotaging myself, however I am very depressed at the moment, I feel paralyzed, afraid to move forward which is understandable but silly considering my day could only improve by getting up and getting anything done.

Today has been a much better day, my problems continue to exist (as well as my blessings) I have more acceptance today though and that makes it manageable.
