We want to thank you all for the support, care and compassion you have shared here throughout 2013.
Each of you is greatly appreciated and makes isurvive the special place that it is.

In response to those wishing to make a financial donation to isurvive, we wanted to share the link you would need (http://www.isurvive.org/support-us/) while also offering another giving opportunity.

Following in the early traditions of isurvive, we will be holding an auction for those who might be interested in this as a giving opportunity. The items up for auction are comfort items, which may be helpful at this stressful and triggering time of December.

Please feel no pressure to give or respond other than you are able.

Auction Description
There are two auction items available - to help us facilitate shipping. Both items are brought to you by the isurvive.org Board of Directors. Please bid according to your area.

USA, Canada & all the Americas

• Build a Bear's Happy Hugs Teddy has light brown soft curly fur and smooth velvet paws. He is 16" tall and comes wearing a customized isurvive logo t-shirt (no words, only the logo).
• A blue, over-sized, super soft plush fleece throw (5 ft x 6 ft).
• Starbucks Cocoa with marshmallows. It is their decadent hot cocoa with handcrafted miniature marshmallows. The carton contains eight 1-oz single serve envelopes.

UK, Europe, Africa & Australia (Asia)

• Gund’s cuddly chocolate brown teddy bear, Philbin is 33cm tall. He has a short pile face and lighter brown paw pads.
• A reversible plush high pile velour throw by Ibena; with earth tones and a chocolate brown stripe pattern (150x200cm).
• Green & Black's Organic Cocoa Tin (125g). It is made with Fairtrade certified cocoa beans and is alkalised or "dutched" to help emphasize the robust chocolaty notes.

This is how the auction will work;

1. Any Member can email Jonesy their bid (jonesy@hush.com). Please do not post bids here on this thread.
2. Jonesy will post each new high bid as it is received.
3. You can bid as often as you wish, however only bid for the item designated for your area.
4. Only bid if you are sure you can pay for the item in the auction.
5. You must be comfortable disclosing your shipping address should you win.
6. The Winner/Bidders can choose to be made known at any point throughout the process of the auction (please simply specify your preference in your emails with Jonesy).
7. The auction will end Sunday, December 29th and winner will be announced that evening (GMT).

Hi everyone

The Auction has now ended - MANY thanks to those who gave their support.

The winning bid for auction item #1 was $45
The winning bid for auction item #2 was £40

Both winners wish to remain anonymous, but I (on behalf of all isurvive) extend much gratitude to both of them.

We plan for there to be something new coming soon, so save your pennies. If you have something you would like to put forward as an auction item, then please be in touch. Remember all funds go to helping isurvive.
